A slope never reduces how much gravel you need — gravel migrates downhill and thins out at the edges, so it slightly increases it:
Slope < 8%: no extra margin — 9 tons is enough Slope ≥ 8%: add 5% migration margin = 8.9 × 1.05 = 9.3 tons → Order 10 tons
